Elena B. Poptodorova, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Bulgaria to the United States of America will be speaking at the Women In Business Meet and Greet on Monday, February 23, 2015 at the Lexington Medical Center in the Auditorium.
On August 10, 2010, Ms. Elena Poptodorova presented her Letters of Credence to President Barack Obama, accrediting her as a second-time Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Bulgaria to the United States of America.
Prior to her current appointment in Washington, as of 2009, Ambassador Elena Poptodorova was Director of the Security Policy Directorate at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
