The Art of Sandcasting of Leaves

We are delighted to host Gayle Whittle, Master Gardener, to teach you how to make sandcasts of leaves. These cold-hardy sand and concrete leaf casts create pretty puddling places for butterflies, bathing pools for birds, and drinking troughs for other wildlife in your garden. You will make a leaf cast during the class, and you will also paint/preserve a leaf cast that Gayle already made for you. Your $20 registration fee pays for instruction and the two leaf casts that you will take home. Space is limited to 15 participants, so sign up early. Registration in advance is required.
