From Mayan fortification to Egyptian mummification, ancient ruins serve as a tangible reminder that others came before us. In an age saturated with images, videos and tweets, how will we imbue meaning in what we leave behind? International award-winning, locally based choreographer and performer Terrance Henderson offers Ruins, a live contemporary dance work depicting the journey to physically and spiritually shape our own legacy, as individual contributors and as a human community.
