Flu Shots administered by Lexington Medical Center
-Must be 9 years of age or older.
-If you are pregnant, a physician's order in required prior to receiving a flu shot
-Medicare Part B insurance is accepted.
-Payments may be made with either cash or check. All checks should be made payable to Lexington Medical Center.
