SINGING BOWLS COMING TO RUSTIC RESTORATIONS IN LEXINGTON! Have you committed to losing weight this New Year? Why not committing to reducing STRESS? We are pleased to welcome Pamila Lorentz, MSW, RN, LMBT to Rustic Restorations on January 28. Pamila is the owner of Chi Energy Balance in Columbia. She is highly trained in many holistic, therapeutic modalities including Sound/Vibrations healing (also known as “singing bowls” relaxation therapy ) which facilitates a state of deep relaxation. Pamila will lead two 90- minute “singing bowl” sessions on January 28 - the first class is scheduled from 9:00 am to 10:30 am and the second class is scheduled from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm. Each class is limited to ten people and you must be at least 18 years old to attend. The cost is $15.00 a person.
