Call for artists: 701 CCA's Columbia Open Studios

Deadline: December 18; early bird discount ends December 1 Registration ends Dec. 18 for the Columbia Open Studios art tour, now in its 6th year being presented by the nonprofit 701 Center for Contemporary Art gallery and artist-in-residence center, located at 701 Whaley. The free, self-led driving tour will open visual artists? working studios across Richland and Lexington Counties to the public, allowing artists to show and sell their work from within their own workspaces. The free admission tour will be held Saturday, April 2, 2016, 10 a.m.-6 p.m. and Sunday, April 3, 2016, 12-6 p.m. Artists can register online until December 18 at 11:59 p.m. An early bird discount is available through December 1 at 11:59 p.m. Artists keep 100% of any work sold during the weekend-long event.
