DESCRIPTION:The Love for a Cure tournament is an event that helps raise money for the Lexington Medical Center Foundation "Cancer Fund".\n\n\n\nWith more than 1\,000 cancer diagnoses each year at the Lexington Medical Center\, there is no doubt that cancer is a growing issue in our community\, affecting our friends and loved ones throughout the Midlands.\n\n\n\nLove for a Cure is done in Memory of Jay Crisione.\n\n\n\nJay Criscione\, (January 28\, 1948   July 29\, 2009) former Executive Director for the Lexington County Recreation & Aging Commission set in to motion the development of the new Cayce Tennis and Fitness Center located off I-77 exit #2. Jay believed that the success of the Lexington County Tennis Complex along with the opening of the Cayce Tennis and Fitness Center would give the Midlands state-of-the art venues for hosting first class tournaments and events which would economically affect the community.\n\n\n\nProceeds will support survivors through the Lexington Medical Center Foundation Cancer Fund.\n\n\n\nIndividual Entry Fees per Event\n\n\n\nPlay will be limited to two events\n\n\n\n$35 for one event / $55 for two events\n\n\n\nPrizes awarded to Winners & Finalist in all divisions.\n\n\n\nAll players will receive a participant gift.
