These students experience:\n\n	Social and soft skills training\n	Real life application of academic skills\n	Community-based on the job training and shadowing\n	Hands-on vocational training\n\nStudents receive four years of job skills training while in high school.\n\n\n\nStudents are experienced in a variety of job settings in the local community and on the school campus. \n\n\n\nStudents visit local businesses and receive on the job training. \n\n\n\nPartner with Us!\n\n\n	Allow OCP students to job train with you\n	Be a guest speaker/expert for OCP\n	Hire a trained\, capable worker\n\nThe Federal Government provides incentives for hiring employees with disabilities.
