Copies of both cookbooks may\n\nbe preordered at www.lmlfriends.org for pick up at the event with a 20% discount offered if\n\nordered before October 19th.  Lights refreshments will be served.  \n\n\n\nPurchasing a cookbook is not required to attend.  This event is free and open to the public.\n\nWith her second cookbook\, University of South Carolina First Lady Patricia Moore-Pastides heads to the garden to show us how to make a do-it-yourself healthful lifestyle possible for the whole family.  Patricia presents all new recipes focused on bringing the bounty of the garden to the table in easy and accessible ways.  Along with teaching Healthy Mediterranean Cooking at USC Patricia is an accomplished cook\, writer\, and public health professional.
