She is a spoken word poet who has performed in many venues throughout the United States. Her poetry and deliverance has been described as "smooth, fluid, melodic and empowering". Join Peggy as she leads this fun and engaging Poetry Workshop, created for the lover of poetry who wants to learn how to appreciate the art even more or to improve their craft. She will teach the art of understanding, reading, interpreting, and writing poetry. Learn why simply reading a few poems and having their meaning explained to you is not nearly enough to fully appreciate poetry - or to become a great poet!
