Enriching Life Through Drumming
Enriching Lives Through Drumming: Thursday, February 20th at 1:30pm. Did you realize the use of drumming and rhythm is a recognized wellness strategy? It has produced positive results throughout the world. Drumming is a fun, therapeutic program being used in a variety of settings. Guest speaker Cyndi Boot has loved drumming and music since childhood and continues to play today. Committed to enriching lives through drumming and rhythm, she has been trained as a drum facilitator and is sharing her passion with groups through her company, Rhythmic Memory. Cynid's goal is to use drumming and rhythmic-based activities to create a space where others are inspired to connect with, and express, their own personal rhythm. The outcome? Greater joy, healing and sense of community in life. Join us for this unique presentation and have a rhythmic good time!
