Assistive Listening Devices for the Hearing Impaired
Educational program, sponsored by the Lexington Sertoma Club, for individuals who have hearing loss and those who work or live with individuals with hearing loss. Hearing aids are but one tool in the arsenal of technology and can be quite costly. In comparison assistive listening devices (ALD) are more economical. ALD can be used to improve the reception of speech for people with hearing loss.
